Group Training Class Descriptions

 

Express Functional Circuit - 30 minutes

     A perfect way to get in your training

     during the workday! All levels of exercisers welcome. Objectives for this group include: fat reduction, improved core strength, endurance, balance, agility, appearance, and wellness goals such as decreased blood pressure and LDL cholesterol

     and stress reduction and fun.

 

Functional Fitness Circuit - 50 minutes

     Cutting-edge functional training for beginners and experienced exercisers alike. Get stronger and more flexible with better balance and coordination. Have fun and get fit.

 

Triathlon Training Circuit – 50 Minutes

    Using the newest most effective swim and biking machines, triathletes train with watts and heart rate to improve endurance and speed. Functional core exercises are incorporated into every circuit. Athletes also receive swim and cycling technique tips.

 

High School Athlete - 55 Minutes

A comprehensive sports training program for high school athletes using a variety of drills from trainers who train professional athletes. Each training session has objectives for increased explosive power, speed, agility and quickness, vertical and long jump capacity, and injury prevention.

 

Middle School Fitness/ Sports Moves - 45 Minutes

       All- sports training for 6th-8th grade girls and boys in a fun and non-competitive environment. Learn to jump and land, change direction, increase quickness, agility, and throw more accurately. This is a great class for budding athletes or kids who would like more physical activity than they are currently getting.

 

Tai Chi/ Chi Kung – 55 Minutes

       Tai Chi is gentle exercise suitable for all ages. It is peaceful, calming, spiraling. movement that is gaining widespread popularity for its health benefits including greater strength, balance and stress relief. Worldwide, it is practiced by more people on a daily basis than any other form of  exercise. Participants experience an increased level of positive energy.
