An express circuit lead by a personal trainer that challenges you for 30 minutes of strength and cardio. Get in shape on your lunch hour or after work! Objectives include: fat reduction, improved core strength, endurance, balance, agility , overall health. You will start to see improvement in a short amount of time. Reduce stress, decrease blood pressure and LDL cholesterol and increase energy levels.
Triathlon Circuit
Cutting-edge functional training for runners, cyclists, multi-sport, athletes, swimmers, and winter sport athletes. Athletes train for improved anaerobic threshold, power for hills, speed bursts, flexibility for injury prevention, better core strength and optimal racing attitude. We have unique equipment that offers WATTS training coupled with Heart Rate monitoring. VASA Swim Ergometer, Cycle-Ops indoor bike with Power Tap technology, and the Street Strider (as seen on The Biggest Loser show) as well as Marpo Kinectics Viper Rope Climber, treadmills and Keiser Air-Runner.
Varsity Sports/Middle School Sports
Sports training program for school-age athletes using specialized training equipment and a variety of drills obtained from trainers who train professional athletes. Each training session has objectives for increased explosive power, speed, agility, quickness, vertical and long jump capacity and injury prevention. This training will give athletes an edge on their competition.
We started Accelerate Human Performance as an answer for the lack of quality training that we saw for children and adolescents. We have been studying sports performance training for 16 years and noticed that many of the great techniques developed to improve adult and elite sports professionals were not necessarily being passed on to our youth. That and the lack of access to gyms whose policies discourage youngsters from participating, made us decide to open our training space.
